Restaurant Catedral del Vi

The old olive hall, situated in the left nave, currently houses the Restaurant la Catedral del Vi. Fran López, chef of Villa Retiro Restaurant and Xerta Restaurant, each one star Michelin establishments, is the guiding light of the restaurant.

Opening Hours

Open Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 13:00h to 16:00 hrs. From Tuesday to Friday the restaurant opens for special group bookings for lunch and supper.

Our set meal

Our set meal comprises 4 starters to share + main course to be chosen from 6 options + dessert + bread, wine and water for just 26€/person. Our children’s meal comprises 2 dishes + dessert for 15 €/child or 1 dish + dessert for 8.50 €/child.

Starters (tasting menu format):

✓ Beet tartar with cheese and tropical fruit.
✓ Beef carpaccio with cured cheese and hazelnuts.
✓ Cod “brandada” with roasted bell pepper and candied artichokes.
✓ Egg cooked at low-temperature with truffle parmentier andshepherd’s bread crumbs with “chorizo”.

Mains (to choose):

✓ Beef cheek in red wine sauceand vegetables.
✓ Meatballs with cuttlefish.
✓ Duck confit with seasonal fruit compote.
✓ Cod fillet with tomato sauce and “xistorra”.
✓ Lamb at low temperature with baked potatoes (supplement 7,00€/person.
✓ Beef tenderloin with garnish (supplement 7,00€/person).
