Restaurant Catedral del Vi

The old olive hall, situated in the left nave, currently houses the Restaurant la Catedral del Vi. Fran López, chef of Villa Retiro Restaurant and Xerta Restaurant, each one star Michelin establishments, is the guiding light of the restaurant.

Opening Hours

Open Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 13:30 to 16:00 hrs. On other days the restaurant opens for special group bookings for lunch and supper.

Our set meal

Our set meal comprises 4 starters to share + main course to be chosen from 7 options + dessert + bread, wine and water for just 26€/person. Our children’s meal comprises 2 dishes + dessert for 15 €/child or 1 dish + dessert for 8.50 €/child.

Starters (tasting menu format):

✓ Cod carpaccio with basil oil and tomato.
✓ Marinated breaded chicken wings with cream of aubergine.
✓ Barbequed octopus with potato preserve and red pepper mayonnaise.
✓ Maize textures with slow cooked egg and spicy oil.

Mains (to choose):

✓ Roast knuckle of pork with baked apples.
✓ Duck Confit with fruit compote.
✓ Eel in gravy.
✓ Stuffed jowl of pork, summer vegetables and cubed ham.
✓ Fish fresh from the quayside (as per market).
✓ Fillet of beef with garnish (supplement 7€).
✓ Slow cooked kid with roast potatoes (supplement 7€).
