Winemaking: Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20–25 days at 25 °C, followed by aging for 6 months in second- and third-use French oak barrels.
Tasting note: Bright ruby red color with long legs. On the nose, black fruit and ripe red fruit. Pepper, tomato jam, and balsamic notes. Fresh on the palate, with good acidity. Mineral and spicy touches, lightly toasted. Long and elegant finish.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, traditional stews, and aged cheeses, where its structure and smoothness enhance rather than overshadow the flavors. Its elegance and complexity make this wine an excellent companion for dishes with character and depth.
Serving temperature: Between 14 and 16 °C.
